It was a busy weekend in NC, but we got to see a lot of my family and they got to check out the belly in person. Mac said, "Mommy, look how big Erin's belly is!" Funny. This week she said his name is just "Joe". So, on that note, there is still no update on the name front. However, we did pick up a book that had some things in it we hadn't thought of so we are back to the drawing board. In addition to the book, we got a nice pottery barn armchair rocker that is used, but just needs a new slipcover. I am very excited about that because it is very comfy and was really cheap for a PB rocker! So, all that is left furniture wise for the nursery is the dresser. I have a few options, I just need to pick one. Nothing has been put together or is in the right room yet, but the pieces are slowly coming together. :-) Maybe soon I will have something good to show you.
In other news, I told you all about the deck and fence so I thought I would give you a preview. It makes the entire house and back yard look so much different! Now if the grass would just get a little greener, it would be beautiful.
And last, today I went to the Dr for my 22 week appointment. Since we had issues getting him to turn over last month, we needed some specific measurements which required another ultrasound. He still didn't help us a lot today, but we finally got everything needed and he looks perfect!! Current weight is approximately 1.5 lbs. So he is defintely on the larger side of the Papaya shown above. :-)She said not to worry that this is very normal and the website isn't very accurate.
